Account information: your name, email address, and authentication provider details when you sign in.
Campaign content: the campaign titles, categories, creative text, and targeting details you submit for compliance checks. This content is processed to generate verdicts and is not used to train machine learning models.
Usage data: API calls, verdict counts, and audit events (key creation, preference changes, billing activity) used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use It
To operate the Service: authenticate you, enforce plan limits, generate verdicts, and maintain audit logs.
To communicate with you: service notices, security alerts, and (if you enable them) policy-update webhook events.
To improve the Service: aggregated, de-identified usage statistics.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure and payment providers strictly as needed to run the Service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing), and as required by law.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for a short grace period after deletion. Audit logs are retained for security and billing reconciliation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
5. Security
API keys are stored hashed; the secret is shown once at creation time. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@adgentek.ai.
7. Cookies
The Service uses only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
